Different organizations have to file returns with respective Regulatory Authorities like Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms, Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission, Bangladesh Bank, Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority, Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission, Bangladesh Tele-communication Regulatory Commission, etc. The organizations are responsible for filing of returns properly and in a timely manner. Such filing may be made through online submission and/or hard copy submission of documents, information and fees. In most of the cases, delay in filing return causes imposition of penalty, suspension of operation, cancellation of registration / license and/or any type of disciplinary action. So, the organizations and their officials concerned should be careful and aware of the procedures, timeliness, fees etc of filing returns.
