An Organogram or Organizational Chart shows the internal structure of an organization. This creates a clear visual depiction of the hierarchy and ranks of different people, jobs and departments that make up the organization. Organograms are useful for laying out relationships in an organization and ensuring that everyone knows how to communicate essential information. Drawing an Ideal Organogram is therefore an art.

 Result-Based Management (RBM) is a life-cycle approach to performance management that integrates business strategy, people, resources, process and measurements to improve decision making, transparency and acountability. The approach focuses on achieving  results (output, outcome and impact) implementing performance measurements, learning and adapting, as well as reportining performance. Organizations can achieve best results from thier employees by managing performance within an agreed framework. RBM shows how can you measure the performance of individual, unit/department and organization to achieve the organizational goals/objectives.
