HR-02: Group Dynamics and Team Building for Better Productivity

Group dynamics refers to the attitudinal and behavioral characteristics of a group. Group dynamics can be used as a means for problem-solving, team work, and to become more innovative and productive as an organization as a whole. Team Building is the process of turning a group of individual employees into a team, a group of people organized to work together interdependently and cooperatively to meet the needs of stakeholders of an organization by accomplishing purpose and goals. The main goals of team-building are to improve productivity and motivate employees. Team building is very important to extract the best out of workforce and significantly contributes towards employee motivation and building trust among the employees, thereby ensuring better productivity. Employees are urged to work smarter and not just harder, in an effort to deliver the desired results. Everyone who works within a group should know the reasons and the way to find out the success, and should know what their roles in a team and how to play the role to achieve more.

This program is designed for the prsons who works within a team as a team leader or a team member for achieving common goals. Mr. Md. Zahirul Islam

Mr. Islam is an HR and Capacity Building Specialist having Masters Degree in HRM from Dhaka University, MBA with major in HRM from Bangladesh University of Professionals, and Masters Degree with Honours in Economics from Chittagong University. He obtained One Year PGD in HRM and participated in various workshops and training programs on HRM in home and abroad.

He is a highly dedicated and result driven HR Professional has around 15 years of experience as HR Professional and Adjunct Faculty and Trainer in HRM different institutes. He has broad based knowledge and experience in different areas of Human Resources Management (HRM).
