HR-04: Result-Based Management (RBM) Approach to Performance Management

 Result-Based Management (RBM) is a life-cycle approach to performance management that integrates business strategy, people, resources, process and measurements to improve decision making, transparency and acountability. The approach focuses on achieving  results (output, outcome and impact) implementing performance measurements, learning and adapting, as well as reportining performance. Organizations can achieve best results from thier employees by managing performance within an agreed framework. RBM shows how can you measure the performance of individual, unit/department and organization to achieve the organizational goals/objectives. After completion of this course you will be able to establish and manage a performance culture, determine Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and establish the right competencies and behaviours for managing your and your organizational performance. You will will be able to design and develop the right Performance Managemednt System (PMS) to support your organization’s goals/objectives, and development the performance of individual employee. The Course will enhance your Result-Based Management (RBM) skills. Individual performance appraisal help you to manage the performance of each employee in your organization.

Mr. Md. Zahirul Islam

Mr. Islam is an HR and Capacity Building Specialist having Masters Degree in HRM from Dhaka University, MBA with major in HRM from Bangladesh University of Professionals, and Masters Degree with Honours in Economics from Chittagong University. He obtained One Year PGD in HRM and participated in various workshops and training programs on HRM in home and abroad.

He is a highly dedicated and result driven HR Professional has around 15 years of experience as HR Professional and Adjunct Faculty and Trainer in HRM different institutes. He has broad based knowledge and experience in different areas of Human Resources Management (HRM).
