CA-07: Real Life Case Study & Problem Solving on Corporate Secretarial and Governance Issues

The executives who are dealing with company secretarial and governance issues have to face diverse problems in their professional lives. Such problems may or may not be common for all organizations, and solving of those problems depends upon the skills and wisdom of the person facing thereof and/or of his/her guide, but circumstances may cause some of those problems to continue and remain unresolved.

This program is designed to solve five pre-set problems / queries for each registered participant. Each registered participant shall be allowed to submit five problems / queries three days prior to the session. Notable that for maintaining confidentiality, the name of the person raising specific case/query shall not be disclosed, if not permitted. All the participants will be benefitted from the studies and solving of real life cases raised by himself/herself and by others.
