CA-02: Standardization of an Annual Report of AGM

Most of the organizations, whether business or non-business, are to publish Annual Reports. An Annual Report (AR) is generally placed before the General Members in an AGM and also used by other stakeholders of that organization. Every organization desires to present a Standard Annual Report before (SAR) its members and stakeholders. However, Preparation and Publication of a Standard Annual Report is an art. CA-09: Ease to Compliance with Corporate Governance Guidelines of BSEC

BSEC has imposed Corporate Governance Guidelines for all entities listed with the Stock Exchanges in Bangladesh. The entities concerned are required to mandatorily comply with all condition of the guidelines. Sometimes it is seen that compliance with the guidelines are felt difficult by some entities or their Directors/Officers. CA-07: Real Life Case Study & Problem Solving on Corporate Secretarial and Governance Issues

The executives who are dealing with company secretarial and governance issues have to face diverse problems in their professional lives. Such problems may or may not be common for all organizations, and solving of those problems depends upon the skills and wisdom of the person facing thereof and/or of his/her guide, but circumstances may cause some of those problems to continue and remain unresolved.

This program is designed to solve five pre-set problems / queries for each registered participant. Each registered participant shall be allowed to submit five problems / queries three days prior to the session. Notable that for maintaining confidentiality, the name of the person raising specific case/query shall not be disclosed, if not permitted.
