CA-01: Role and Skills of a Successful Chief Compliance Officer

In this age most of the organizations, whether business or non-business, have to assign one official for performing the duties of chief compliance officer (CCO) or compliance officer (CO). For a company, the Company Secretary is assigned for the role of CCO or CO. Proper discharging of the responsibilities with regard to compliance depends upon the skills of its CCO or CO. Members of the Internal Audit and Internal Control Functions are also involved in the compliance issues.
