CA-02: Standardization of an Annual Report of AGM

Most of the organizations, whether business or non-business, are to publish Annual Reports. An Annual Report (AR) is generally placed before the General Members in an AGM and also used by other stakeholders of that organization. Every organization desires to present a Standard Annual Report before (SAR) its members and stakeholders. However, Preparation and Publication of a Standard Annual Report is an art. A Standard Annual Report comprises some mandatory, some supplementary and some ornamental relevant information and components. Standardization of an Annual Report depends upon the skills and effective contributions of the team members responsible for preparation and publication thereof.
