CA-09: Ease to Compliance with Corporate Governance Guidelines of BSEC

BSEC has imposed Corporate Governance Guidelines for all entities listed with the Stock Exchanges in Bangladesh. The entities concerned are required to mandatorily comply with all condition of the guidelines. Sometimes it is seen that compliance with the guidelines are felt difficult by some entities or their Directors/Officers. It is also found that some entities have not yet complied with all the conditions but have been claiming to have done so. Proper understanding about the guidelines can make such compliance much easy to the persons concerned.

This program is expected to enhance the understanding of the participants about compliance with Corporate Governance Guideline.
